Returns
Due to the nature of our products being shipped directly from our suppliers:
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind
- Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item is defective
- Wrong item was receive
Proof Requirement
To qualify for a return or refund, customers must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Order number
- Description of the problem
Refunds
If your request is approved:
- A replacement or refund will be issued
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
