Returns

Due to the nature of our products being shipped directly from our suppliers:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind
  • Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
    • Item arrived damaged
    • Item is defective
    • Wrong item was receive

Proof Requirement

To qualify for a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem

Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
